We accommodate children who are beyond 3 years old, without mental retardation, and meet one of the three criteria listed below:
1. Orphans or neglected children.
2. Children whose biological family have undergone major life changes and become dysfunctional.
3. Youth who should be placed outside of biological family according to related law and regulations.
